Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking? If you cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy applies, please see our terms & conditions
Can I amend the date of my booking? To give our customers the most flexibility we are allowing bookings to be amended, free of charge, to any other time this season so long as there is availability. If you wish to change your booking please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 10 days prior to your arrival. We will not be able to amend your booking to next season as this would have a significantly negative impact on our ability to trade next year.
I have an upcoming booking but need to self-isolate? Please email email@example.com prior to your planned stay and we will be happy to discuss what arrangements can be made for you.
Can I self-isolate on the campsite in my camping unit? Public Health England’s advice for self-isolation is to stay at home so you will be unable to do so on the campsite.
