Reservations:

Essential for Bank Holidays and School Holidays.

No reservations are accepted for less than 2 nights; Bank Holidays, 3 nights.

Reserved pitches are held for 24 hrs. only.

Deposit: 15.00 per pitch (Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable).

Group bookings can be adjacent when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Pitches are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Variations of these times only by prior arrangement.

Prices include hot water to basins and showers and use of rowing boats.
The riding of push bikes is not permitted on the site.
No commercial vehicles or motorcycle 'packs' are admitted to the site.
Family groups only, unless prior agreement has been obtained
In order to preserve the grass, breathable ground sheets for awnings and gazebos to be used or otherwise must be lifted during the day, and tents must be moved every seven days.
Bed & Breakfast is available at Batcombe Vale House, from £20 per person per night
Caravan storage is available; on pitch £3 per night when available; compound : temporary £2 per day, seasonal or permanent £5 per week.

The entrance drive is exciting but not dangerous.
Everyone must report to reception on arrival for whatever reason of visit.
Double axle caravans can acccess with care; please advise when booking.
For large size units please give exact size this will allow us to check whether pitches can accommodate such units, you may require two pitches at an additional cost..
